This is an enlargement from the previous photo. A pedicab is behind the pedestrian who is crossing against the light. Pedicabs, though generally slower than bicycles, are not allowed on special bicycle facilities in New York. A pedicab would mostly block the sidepath. We'll see the pedicab again in later photos.
